Camp New Hope has changed and inspired the lives of thousands of campers since 1974. Our recreational programs for special needs individuals are among the best in the region, and bring fun, adventure, companionship, and activity to people of all ages with various disabilities.

Camp New Hope is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. You will receive a receipt for your donation by email. 

Become a Camp New Hope Member
This camp was created by people who care about what we do. At first, most were parents of children with special needs. Now, Camp New Hope members include special education professionals, legislators, friends of campers, and others who believe that the best community is one in which everyone has a chance to succeed. Members contribute at least $25 per year and stay informed about the camp. They are eligible to participation in electing Camp New Hope’s Board of Directors. Volunteer
Volunteers built Camp New Hope, and volunteer opportunities are plentiful here. Many people volunteer to help during summer camp, and find themselves wanting to come back again and again. Our Board of Directors is also made up of volunteers who share their professional expertise and leadership talent. College and high school students may wish to volunteer for a day to find out more about employment opportunities in the field of human services.

Another delightful and special way to volunteer is as an entertainer. Do you play music? Can you demonstrate a dance? Do you like to tell stories, paint faces, or put on a puppet show? Our campers relish these opportunities at camp and respite. If you have such a talent, consider sharing it with our campers!
